By commissioning me, you have agreed to everything here. Everything is subject to change. Failure to follow these rules will result in being blacklisted. If you wish to commission me, please fill out the form in the commission section!✮ Pricing:
My prices are fixed. They do not go up based on character complexity and do not go down for haggling. I wish to have a commissioning space where clients do not have to worry about losing more money.✮ Payment:
For payments, I shall start once the full payment has been received for something small and 50% payment for something larger. Full payment is preferred. I only use Cash App as a form of payment.✮ Refunds:
I am willing to give full refunds if I am nowhere near completion, if I am taking too long on a commission for a client's liking, or that you are not happy with my service. I will not give a refund if I finished the product.✮ Deadlines:
I work fairly quickly. If it is small (ex. A headshot), it shall be done in 1-2 days. If it is something big (ex. A ref sheet) it might take only a week. Please be mindful that things can happen and your commission could be delayed due to personal issues that could be happening at the time. I will make sure to contact you if this does happen.✮ Delivery:
I will send the finished product via discord or TikTok but preferably discord.✮ Usage:
You may use my art if you credit me. You may use my art for their intended purpose or as icons/profile pictures. You may not say that the work is your own. Failure to follow these rules will result in blacklisting. You may not use my work for AI or tracing.✮ Service:
I have the right to refuse service if I feel that you are being rude and entitled towards me. I can refuse service if you attempt to haggle my prices with me. I have the right to be able to use the finished commission for promotional purposes. I have the right to cancel the commission at any time, and you will receive a
